My stay at this hotel was quite mixed. The location is fantastic, just across from a beautiful beach, and the views from the room were breathtaking. However, I faced significant issues with my room not matching what I had booked, and the service wasn't very helpful when I raised my concerns. Overall, while the amenities were good, unfortunately, my experience was overshadowed by poor customer service and inadequate room conditions.
